The palate is full and supple, adorned with flavors of fresh plum and blackberry. These lead to a rich, layered finish with fine tannins embraced by ripe, textured fruit. Supple, Rhone-style Syrah.
 
Any red meats will match beautifully with this robust wine, or try it with blue cheeses.
