"A whole cheese" means exaggerating. It's no exaggeration though that this classically-styled Merlot is delicious! 
Deep garnet colour with vibrant plummy and blackberry fruit that fills the mouth. Soft and supple on the palate, with ripe, rounded fruit and a lovely, juicy finish.
Try with pasta with chicken, tomatoes or smoked bacon - BLT anyone? Also great with pizza, sausages and most barbecued food.
