Gin distilled in the Dolomites using pure spring water, and using 16 botanicals some of which come from the local woodlands. The producers aim was to create a complex but not artificial gin that reflects the Italian surroundings. Perfume of juniper, citrus and herbs with a pleasant taste and no added sugar.
