Subtle cherry colour with a nice greedy raspberry nose! On the palate, red fruits are lightly present and Pinot noir brings all the fullness. The bubbles are delicate and the style is fresh, and vigorous. Rose N° 7 is perfect for an aperitif or to be served with pink meals like smoked salmon or shrimp salad. It also accompanies desserts or ice-cream made with red fruits.
