ORDERING ONLINE - USEFUL INFORMATION

We aim to deliver UK Mainland orders within 3 working days.

​

Goods can be left unsigned for, but you must specify this during checkout, with instructions on where to leave the goods should you be out. 

​

Any goods that have been left according to instruction and not delivered over the recipient's threshold are left at the sender's risk. 

​

We always do our very best to achieve our stated delivery times but please note we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions and supplier and carrier difficulties.

Standard England & Wales Delivery

Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery, 8am to 6pm.

  • Delivery is FREE on orders of £100 or more to a single address.

  • £7.95 post & packing per delivery address for orders under £100.

  • Dozens, half dozens and 1, 2 & 3 packs minimise packaging waste.

  • Unless advised otherwise, you will normally receive your delivery in 3 working days*, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Please contact us should this not be the case.

FREE On Orders Over £100

Additional charges - Delivery to other areas
  • For deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland & Isle of Wight are charged at a fixed price of £20 for the first case (up to 12 x 75cl) and
    £10 for each subsequent case. Rates are calculated automatically at the checkout. 

Please note: we do not export from the UK.

Stock Availability 

You will appreciate that stock positions are subject to continual change in a multi-channel business. Very occasionally, an item may be out of stock that the website has allowed you to order. We will attempt to contact you to discuss an alternative. In the event that we cannot reach you, to ensure a timely delivery, we will substitute with a similar item of equal or higher value (at no additional cost), unless requested not to do so in your order's delivery instructions.

Claims

Breakages: Goods must be examined and breakages notified immediately, within two days of delivery at the latest. Please contact us to organise a credit or replacement.

Faulty Wines: If you discover a faulty wine that you have bought from us, please retain the bottle, its contents and packaging and contact us to organise a credit or replacement.

Returns

If you don't like any wine that you buy from us, for whatever reason, return it within a 28 days of purchase and we shall refund your money without question or delay.
